“As an individual on the autism spectrum, I signed up to Paul's workshop in hope of improving my emotional regulation and intelligence and relationships. Each lesson provided interesting, dynamic and invaluable information which has provided me with a greater ability to understand my own emotions, develop greater empathy and respect for others and equipped me with effective tools to continue developing these skills in the future. Paul was gracious, kind, honest and patient. The course was immensely helpful and I hope that others will benefit as I did from the course in the future. Thank you again Paul and keep up the great work”

"When I first signed up to this course I was curious and hopeful. I felt that a tertiary education in psych and social anthropology, combined with 3 decades of social interaction had already given me a brilliant theoretical understanding of EQ and I was unsure there was much more to learn. I was wrong. The course was centered on lived experience and in those 4 weeks I learned a great deal which complemented my existing theoretical knowledge."

"The Emotional Intelligence course offered by Aspergers From the Inside's Paul Micallef is extremely well done. Paul has organized the material in an easily understandable way and presents it in an articulate but informal manner, which is designed to make all participants comfortable to give feedback and ask questions as the course proceeds. I would recommend this course without reservation for anyone who needs some help in identifying and expressing their feelings and learning how to manage them for optimal social interactions. Paul has made excellent use of additional resources throughout the lessons and they are valuable contributions to the content. I hope he will continue to develop this coursework so that all areas can be expanded to include any areas his students would find beneficial. Although the course was developed for those with Aspergers , it would benefit anyone who has difficulty with emotions and their management. I wish him the best- he's very good at this!"
